Refund policy
At Nisā' The Collection, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience, guided by our Islamic ethical business values.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items provided you notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery and can supply proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Show no signs of wear or alteration
- Have all original tags attached
Please note: Returns are not accepted on sale items, unless the item is faulty or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, in which case may take up to 10 days.
If a return is received that does not meet our return conditions, the item will not be refunded. Customers will be notified and given the option to have the item returned to them at their own shipping cost. If we do not hear back within 14 days, the item may be donated or disposed of.
Return Shipping
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not offer exchanges or store credit as a standard option. Exceptions may be made at our discretion under special circumstances.
